Asharqia Chamber hosts the director of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in the region

Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Agriculture and Food Committee, is organizing a meeting to review the initiatives of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in the Eastern Province in light of the Corona pandemic.

The meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 19 August 2020, will be hosted remotely by the Director-General of the branch, Eng. Amer bin Ali Al-Mutairi, where he will present several topics, the most prominent of which are: the latest developments regarding public benefit markets, agricultural employment, the actual needs of the beneficiaries, and the decisions to own agricultural lands.

The meeting, which is moderated by the Chairman of the Committee, Muhammad bin Nasser Al Dayal, also talks about modern sites in the Eastern Region related to the agricultural sector, fisheries, and livestock.​
